Design:
Our engineers according to your drawing or prototype part develop a solution special for your situation.
Mold Making:
We design and create the injection mould from your drawing or prototype.

Mould Management:
All pattern mould would be checked and maintained regularly as customer’s properties.

Injection:
By injecting liquid wax into the mould, wax patterns are produced. Ceramic cores and water soluble cores can be used when needed.

Wax Patterns:
Wax patterns will be checked and inspected before moving to the next operation.

Wax-tree:
Multiple wax patterns are assembled on a tree.

Prime Slurry:
Wax-tree is coated with slurry of fine ceramic liquid.

Coat:
The first coat is covered with fine sand.

Dry:
The wax-tree with ceramic coat should be dry for a time in respective of part configuration.

Shells:
Up to 6 or more layers of ceramic, sand or slurry will be subsequently applied and to dry.
Completed Ceramic Shells:
Finished ceramic shells are now ready for removing the wax from inside.
De-wax:
A steam autoclave machine will melt out the wax of ceramic shells.
Burnout:
De-waxed shells are fired at high temperature to cure the ceramic.

Fired Ceramic Molds:
Fired ceramic molds will be for preheat and casting right away after out the autoclave machine.

Melting:
Preparation of molten meal, alloying and degassing, metal melting is done in furnaces.

Casting:
Then metal is cast into the ceramic mold. The process also called pouring.

Shell Removal:
Ceramic shell will be removed after the assembly cooling down.
Cut Off:
Unwanted gates and risers removed by various tools.
Gate Grinding:
Gates are further removed by grinding. All de-burring and grinding work is performed.

Heat Treatment:
In order to improve the physical properties of the part, subsequent processing regularly will be heat treating.

Finish:
Including sand last finish, steel shot, glass bead and vibratory finishing may be used to blend the surfaces and present a clean and uniform finished casting.
Inspections:
Inspection work is throughout the process. The final inspection is done on every casting prior to shipping.

Dimensional Inspection:
We measure dimensional characteristics 100% compliance to the drawing.

X-Ray Inspection:
X-ray inspection method to detect flaws is used when required.
Mechanical Properties:
Mechanical properties are determined on tensile test machine by
Test bars cast accompany with the same batch products.
Machining:
Further processing such as machining, plating, coating, painting and assembly are offered.
