Our company takes the lead in China in mastering the research and production technique for austempered upper/lower bainite nodular cast iron(ADI-austempered ductile cast iron).We can carry out both sand mould and metal mould casting.
We also have a powerful technical force in melting and machining and have a whole range of detection equipment. Our company is equipped with several automatic molding assembly lines, 8 5-ton electric furnaces, 4 7-ton cupola furnaces, the three-dimensional measuring machine from Italy, Alang direct reading spectrograph from Britain and other digital control machining equipments.
As an ISO 9001 certificated company, it covers an area over 20,000 square meters. 19 engineers responsible for the R&D works. The annual production capacity could be up to 3000 MT. We having dedicated to researching and developing ADI field for many years. Through cooperated with R&D institutes, a perfect, reliable flowchart and quality control system has been set up. We have researched and manufactured hundreds series ADI products such as wind-power tools and control arm for INGERSOLL-RAND, VOITH. On our clients’ demand, we can manufacture quality products of all brands in accordance with EN1564—1997、 ASTM A897—97 and JIS G5503—1995standards.
At present, our products are mainly automobile control arm, pick hammer, vehicle bridge, wearing plate on passenger and cargo wagon, automobile curve gear and bevel gear.
Austempered nodular cast iron’s 5 strong points:
◆Extreme strength and wear resistance. Toughness of middle level.
◆High shock absorption capacity. 1-5db lowers than that of steel in usage.
◆Better low temperature performance than steel. Suitable for usage at low temperature.
◆Continual self-hardening capacity in working process. Work faces continuously produces self-hardening capacity in working process and continuously improves its strength and wear resistance.
◆Lower factory cost than steel. Material weight is 1/3 less than that of steel. High utilization rate of material.
ADI has the character of high strength, wear resistance, anti shocking and machining self hardening etc, it can replace high strength grey iron and normal cast iron, high strength carbon steel and alloy steel casting ,forging ,welding and appearance quench parts. They are suitable in widely used in automobile industry, mining, construction, railway, agriculture, general machine industries.
